Business Operations & Corporate Finance Manager

Valvian is looking for a Business Operations & Corporate Finance Manager to support the CEO directly in financial, operational and strategic management. The role combines corporate finance, liaison with accounting and day-to-day operations support.

Key Responsabilities

Develop business plans, financial models and strategic analyses
Liaise with accounting and prepare management reports
Track KPIs, internal controls and process improvements
Provide operational support for the company’s day-to-day management
Prepare materials for investors and external partners

Preferred Experience

3 to 4 years of experience in consulting, audit, corporate finance or similar
Solid knowledge of accounting and management reporting
Strong analytical skills, organisation and attention to detail
Strong Excel skills
Fluency in Portuguese and English
